You may arrive anytime between 9:00-10:00 (if you need to arrive earlier than this, just let me know so we can have someone there to greet you!).
At 10:15, students will come to the gym where you will be set up at tables and they will be able to walk around and talk to as many of you as they're able to. This will last until 11:30. Reps will need to be masked at this time!
At 11:30, we will break for lunch. We will provide lunch for you, and it will last until about 12:30.
At 12:40, the individual information sessions will start. You will have four sessions of 20 minutes each and 10 minutes passing time between each session. For those who have attended before, this is a slight change. Since we are not allowing parents to attend this year, we wanted students to be able to attend more information sessions, but we also did not want you as college reps to be exhausted after giving too many. These will last until 2:30.
After your information sessions are done, we will have grab and go snacks and refreshments for you to take with you on your journey back to your respective schools!
For those of you we emailed about the rep panel, that will be held from 3:00-4:00.
